Worcester City and Droitwich Spa Network ChangesShow All

From Sunday 3^rd November 2002, First Midland Red Buses Limited make a number of changes to their bus services in the Worcester City and Droitwich Spa area.

• Droitwich Spa Local Service 20 (Westlands circular) is shortened and rerouted to run via Briar Hill, and service frequency is reduced from every 15-minutes to every 20-minutes. Service 20A now runs every hour (previously only three journeys a day were operated) to party replace the withdrawn section of the Service 20 route.

On Sunday 18^th April 2004, First Midland Red Buses Limited introduced a large number of changes to their bus services in Worcestershire. These are a result of both efficiencies introduced by the company and by changes to Worcestershire County Council subsidy strategy.

• Worcestershire County Council contract to operate local Droitwich Spa Service 19, Service 19A, Service 20A and Service 157 passes from First Midland Red Buses Limited to MHS Travel under re-tendering.
