A fourth one has arrived, so that is 3 in Nimrod livery and one in spare livery.

Also Solo 53044 is withdrawn waiting the scrap man. Gearbox and engine are beyond economical repair.

Thanks Adam, shame it's one of the ones painted in the new livery to go! :(

I agree but it is by far the worse one to drive and the one all the drivers tried to avoid. Latterly it has been restricted to the 31 route as that is the only route with no hills!

Fair enough, must have been in a bad state then to be restricted to one service!

Looking good! Is it me or does it look like the 'Spare Bus' is about to topple over!

I think the air has dropped... Brings back memories of when the fleet was made up of Leyland Nationals as they all did that!

The link below shows LK07 CCN (64035) at Thornton's yard (on the 25th) also wearing the new 'Spare Bus' livery. This makes me wonder whether there will be a 5th Mercedes branded for the 35 as there are only the older ones left now...

I have a list from late August that shows two vehicles in the spare livery and five in 35 Nimrod livery. However, the two spares are listed as 64012 and 64045, and we already know 64045 is in Nimrod livery so my information is clearly out of date!

I suspect there will still be five but I'm not able to say which ones the final two will be. Sorry.
