Clearly badly hit by a revitalised First in Bristol that is doing very well.
As many readers no doubt know, Stagecoach have relatively recently started running (mainly or wholly tendered?) bus services from an outstation at the South Gloucestershire Bus Company at Patchway. So it looks like the best has been made out of the situation: Rotala has found a buyer who will take on all drivers and engineers, while Stagecoach gains a bit more mass in the area.
