Not mentioned in this forum, was the fact that Rotala took over Kidderminster and Redditch depots, 10 years ago last Tuesday, 24th January 2013, and the complete transfer was on March 3rd 2013. Where exactly has the last 10 years gone?????

I suspect sooner rather than later, Rotala will also takeover in Worcester.

I don’t think so, new management have some ideas for expansion at Worcester.

It will be First HQ that decide the fate of Worcester, not local management.

Is anything happening as regards sourcing a new depot to replace Padmore St, I believe the land has been sold or very close to be sold.

This was Redditch on the Saturday after the announcement of the sale - still very much business as usual. I post nearer the March date some pictures of Redditch on the first day of Diamond occupation of the Plymouth Road depot and the first departures on that Sunday as Diamond bus on hire to First Midland Red

Yep 10 years, Jon Booth mentioned it in the canteen - I couldn[t believe it either, so had to look it up.
