Yeomans and National Express
These questions are aimed firstly at our Matt.W. -
- Matt; - as you have recently mentioned Stoke, I am wondering if, when you do the Worcester and London service, you do a "diagram" working ? (ie including Stoke ?)
- I rarely pay any attention to coach services, and had forgotten about that possibility.
Also, I sometimes see a National Express coach running southwards, up the Bath Road, - in the evening, "off-service", and sometimes still displaying 444,
but I have never been able to "chase it" to see if it parks overnight at Astons Coaches ???

Re: Yeomans and National Express
Hi mate
No I (Yeomans) only work the 444 / 445 service from Hereford to London.
445s are 0505 and 0730 off Hereford, 444 at 0950 and 1205.
There are two 444 services a day which leave from Crowngate and stop at Tewkesbury and Cheltenham on their way to London. These are operated by NX West Midlands but are parked and serviced overnight at Astons.
My trips through Stoke are purely of the personal kind as my girlfriend lives in Buxton. Her eldest daughter's boyfriend lives very close to Adderley Green depot in Stoke but as he is a first class to$$er I try not to have too much to do with him

Thanks Matt for filling-in that gap in my local bus+coach knowledge.
I shall write down a summary and keep it in my car.

No problem mate.
If you'd like a faster car to chase after unidentified bus services I have one for sale (or just book Adam)
