- Small two-bay modern industrial unit with outside parking, located on Jacknell Road, Dodwells Bridge Industrial Estate.
- Site acquired by Midland Fox Limited with the business and operations of Powner & Waterfield (trading as “NWP Travel”) of Hinckley, on Friday 6th April 1990.
- Coach operations and vehicles of NWP Travel are fully absorbed by V. & M. Hills of Stockingford, Nuneaton, on Tuesday 1st January 1991. At this time, V. & M. Hills became a subsiduary of TGM Buses (“Tellings-Golden Millder”), Byfleet, which was also a Midland Fox subsiduary.
- Garge used by Midland Fox Limited for minibus operations under the brand name “Foxcub”, using depot code HK. Before this time, minibuses in Hinckley were housed at Paynes Garage on the A5, Hinckley, which was an outstation Leicester (Wigston) depot.
- Midland Fox sell their interest in Tellings-Golden Millder in early April 1993, but keep the V. & M. Hills subsiduary operations, which are fully absorbed by Midland Fox Limited at Hinkey depot. The Stockingford site is closed at this time.
- Stevensons of Uttoxeter Limited, Spath, and the 40% share of Midland Fox Limited owned by David Stevenson and Julian Peddle passed to British Bus Group Limited in June 1994.
- British Bus Group Limited acquired by the Cowie Group PLC on Thursday 1st August 1996.
- Cowie Group PLC renamed to Arriva PLC on Thursday 6th November 1997.
- Midland Fox Limited renamed to Arriva Fox County Limited on Thursday 2nd April 1998.
- Arriva Fox Country Limited renamed to Arriva Midlands Limited on Tuesday 24th October 2006.
- Hinckley depot and its operations sold by Arriva Midlands Limited to Centrebus Holdings (which was 40% owned by Arriva PLC) in August 2008.
- Full control of Centrebus Holdings passed to Arriva PLC on Monday 9th September 2013. Operations in Hinckley are renamed to Hinckley Bus and operate as a subsiduary of Arriva Midlands Limited.
- Site closed c. March 2014, with operations moving to Barwell.
Between Tuesday 1st January 1935 and Saturday 12th May 1979, Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) operated from an unrelated bus depot on Lower Coventry Road, Hinckley, with depot code HY.
