Before the Second World War, the 365 route number was used by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) for a Wednesday and Saturday only service between Tewkesbury, Bredon and Overbury.
After the war, BMMO operated Service 365, Service 366 and Service 367 as a group of services running between Worcester, Broadheath and Martley. Journeys that operated as Service 365 continued past Martley to serve Clifton-On-Teme and terminated at High House crossroads.
The High House variation of Service 365 had been withdrawn by the early 1970s.
On Saturday 11th February 1928, Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) renumbered their entire network of bus routes. At this time, route number 365 was allocated to an existing Market Day service running between Tewkesbury, Bredon and Overbury. This service ran on Wednesday and Saturday only, with two return journeys on each of these days. A third return journey had been added on Saturday by the end of 1930.
This version of Service 365 had been withdrawn by 1940.

From Friday 30th April 1976, Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited (MROC) renumbered local Malvern area Service M52 to Service 365. This service ran on Fridays only with one return journey between Great Malvern, Belmont, Malvern Link and Madresfield.
This new iteration of Service 365 was very short-lived, being withdrawn just 5-months later on Friday 1st October 1976, with the closure of Malvern depot.
