Website OS updates

Had a busy day yesterday working on the website, and hopefully nobody has noticed!

I have upgraded the website to run on a more modern operating system which should future-proof things and maybe even improve page loading times. If all is well you shouldn't see any changes, but there were a few bugs and while I think I have found them all there is always the possibility I have missed a few.

If you find any errors or bugs, please report them so I can try to fix them.

For the technically minded, we are now running PHP 7.1 with OpCache enabled on the server, and jQuery 3.1.1 on the client end. All nice and new!
