I love the way they're trying to blame the wheel-loss incident on a wrongly calibrated torque wrench. What was that about a bad workman?

On West Midlands bus forum Diamond got fined £9025 following Public Enquiry. Stated services were still being monitored and that the fine should be used on problematic 3 Kidderminstrer Areley route to give passengers some compensation. Diamond are considering an appeal. The Traffic commissioner states Diamond should be in no doubt they must improve, The commissioner did not suspend or revoke licence.

To add to their problems i saw ex FMR VX54 MUC (42889) on a 303 broken down at the bus stop by tge Northwick post office heading to Kidderminster on Tuesday afternoon, it was there for hours! Unfortunately I didn't have time to take a pic though sorry guys!
