Is this a bad time to mention the fact that 64021 is totally different to the others?willr7 wrote: ↑16:55 Tuesday 18th December 2018Nooooo! Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
Will the mirrors be of a contrasting colour so they're more noticeable or are they due to remain black?
Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
I would hope so as the front nearside mirrors seem to stick out quite far (Like the old Sreetlite mirror setup)Fuzzynutter wrote: ↑14:39 Wednesday 19th December 2018Will the mirrors be of a contrasting colour so they're more noticeable or are they due to remain black?
Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
Several Citaros appear to be on the road today, including 64021 which is the first of the Nimrod branded buses I’ve seen out.
Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
Yep just seen 64021 heading out of town on a 35 and also 2 of the older citaros heading into Worcester down a congested rainbow hill on 35’s! I’m glad I was going the other way

Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
Any chance of a Citaro on the 144 this year or will it be 2019 now ? Haven’t seen any reports of the Spare ones out, but I’m guessing some withdrawals can take place with lower PVRs for the time being
Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions
64033 is on the allocation sheet to go out today, so that will be the first spare bus used. Can’t see any going to Birmingham any time soon. They are still having teething problems, mostly electrical, and aren’t going too far from home.
