Took some pictures of buses entering Worcester Crowngate bus station today Saturday 17 November 2018.

The majority of the First buses you have photographed will be withdrawn or moved to Potteries soon. All change!
Re: Worcester Crowngate bus station 17 November 2018
You even managed to capture all remaining Enviro's at WR (66752/9/63/99) except 'Heritage' 67664!

You missed me - I had 33402 on Malverns - what a beast, much better than a Streetdeck
Re: Worcester Crowngate bus station 17 November 2018
I was only taking photos for an hour, so missed 33402. In answer to Adam, I was attempting to record some of the buses which are due to leave Worcester for pastures new. Here is a shot of 33403 and a few more buses in Crowngate.

The Coniston's Solo broke down in Crowngate tonight... The engineer arrived in a taxi!
Meanwhile, I spotted my son driving 67664 today so I took a photo to complete the set of the last remaining Enviro300s.

Does anyone know how old you have to be to become a driver with first, because I’m 15 and I was wondering how long i will have to wait before i apply, the minimum age is probably 20 or something
Re: Worcester Crowngate bus station 17 November 2018
Believe it or not, you only have to be Aged 18 or above according to the advert on indeed for 'experienced' drivers at Worcester depot. (Like you I always thought the minimum age was older!) Funnily enough, I was only looing the other day and they were advertising for 'trainee drivers' however it has since been taken down! Hope this helpsCharliedaffin wrote: ↑20:52 Monday 19th November 2018Does anyone know how old you have to be to become a driver with first, because I’m 15 and I was wondering how long i will have to wait before i apply, the minimum age is probably 20 or something
And I was surprised as I assumed I was the youngest member on this forum (Aged 17)

You need to be 18 to get your bus licence and typically have held a car licence for two years to apply to First. However, they have been known to reduce that to as little as 6 months for strong candidates and young enthusiasts.
In the case of my son, he started working in the depot as a cleaner when he was 17 and applied to become a driver as soon as he turned 18.

Thanks for adding this Adam!
Sound like Coniston's need to get a support van! (Unless it was broken...)
