Am I correct in saying that this photograph was for the photo shoot? :D
Sort of... Called in there because it's near to Elgar's final resting place at Malvern Wells cemetry. I couldn't resist putting 144 on the display. The photos I will be sending to the Marketing department have "First Worcester" on the display.

Ah I see, a nice touch choosing that location! I suppose it would have been rude not too put 144 on the display! 😂

The Supervisor who is sat at the wheel in the photograph simply didn't believe me when I told him the 144 started there and ran a double-deck to Birmingham every 20 minutes all day long. And why would he? The last time that stop had a regular bus was the 364 a couple of years ago and it couldn't even support a 2-hourly service. How times have changed.

Didn't get time to process this photo last night, but here is 64012 and 64015 (OIG6942 and OIG6945) on arrival at Worcester depot yesterday afternoon.

Only two more due to arrive and we will have the whole set.

Someone asked about the seating in the Citaros?

Two photos I took inside 64044 yesterday show this one has been re-trimmed and fitted with USB ports. I also had a brief drive of 64043 (from the bottom of the bus park into the depot) and that has also been done. I haven't looked at any of the others but I would guess they are all the same.

Odd layout at the rear...

Thanks for this Adam! I have always remembered Citaro's for their odd seating layout towards the back! I have never been on a Citaro before so I wonder whether the interior/seating layouts differ between the older and the newer ones.

The one on driver famiarisation duty last week, which I think is the oldest of the batch, had an even weirder configuration at the rear of the saloon, with some seats facing backwards.

Great photos adam, I can’t wait for them to come into service, I will literally ride the 35 several times in a row then they are introduced
