The D5B and the S will hopefully be moving out of the Scania Hall at the end of this operating season (along with all the other vehicles) to permit re-roofing and insulation of the side walls (provided the pennies keep rolling in). Fear not, the bus is in safe hands. The Trust / Museum have let Chris Hatton acquire the vehicle for ongoing preservation and work is currently progressing well (not only was the engine seized but the floor was well rotten!) Given Chris's previous track record it will be well looked after.
