Certainly no sign of an exit strategy yet, and the more they extend the scheme the more people will come to expect it. Extending the scheme by just three months will be causing operators headaches right now as budgets will need to be adjusted and plans changed, all with the prospect of it all happen...

I was at Stroud depot this morning and there are a few withdrawn buses at the back of the yard but no coaches.

The following are listed as "Disposal"... 50301/2/3/4, & 50306/7/8 But, other than wandering over to get the photo below I didn't look to see which of these are at Cheltenham. Some of them may still be at Bristol, and I'm sure I saw one at Stroud last time I was there (before Christmas).

Bus and Coach Buyer report that Newport Buses will be operating two routes in Chepstow and Lydney. Correct. Their Service C4 will replace the 761 Chepstow to Beachley route with a slightly altered route, and their Service 72 will replace the Chepstow to Lydney section of the 24. Times are unchanged.
