Re: 53155

It looks like 53155 is a replacement for 53061 or 2. The extra Solo will be arriving next week and it is coming from Manchester

53155

53155 (CN06 BXH) ex PMT is currently sat at Padmore Street, receiving attention. I have been told that this is the Solo we are expecting, along with 11 Citaros.

Re: Repaints 2019?

There are 11 Citaros and an Optare Solo due at Worcester over the next few months, so at least one Solo will be withdrawn, and the Streetmax's and hopefully the Streetlites, will be transferred soon. I was told several months ago that we would be getting some newer deckers to replace the Tridents, b...

Re: Revised Timetables from c.21/7/2019

The reason why the timetable changes are starting in October, is the same reason why the 44B to Ledbury isn't running this year - someone forgot to register the services in time!!!

Re: Transfers in + out

Network Rail have said, some years ago, that the Comer Road bridge is due to be strengthened in 2020. That said, the present limit must be close to being broken even if a Solo goes across with the large number of cars parked on it (even thought most of it has zig zag markings!)

Interestingly enough, the Go Ahead website fails to mention The old Swindon Corporation (Thamesdown) operation, which they acquired about two years ago.
