Re: Citaro woes.

Maybe we should start an online petition to city/county council somewhere/somehow. As i have ommented previously I don't think much of the disparity where it seems that dirty buses get palmed off on areas that haven't got CAZ or similar in place.

Re: Salt Road 2019

Both a nimrod citaro and a spare bus on the 144/A this evening. What is the point of spending all the extra money on route specific refurbisment, marketing and special liveries if they don't keep to their routes! Also First better get their act together before the Birmingham CAZ comes in oth...

Re: More Mercedes Ciratos

Maybe the greens now they have more control at the city council might consider it a good idea to put forward a ‘green agenda’ for Worcester and stop it from being a dumping ground for dirty buses! Oh and more importantly generally see what can be done to sort out the city’s transport system both in ...

Re: More Mercedes Ciratos

Maybe we can have some nice bendi-bus Citaros  First York P+R have some and I believe they’re due to be getting more all-electric buses for the P+R services? http://ukbuses.co.uk/fleet/fwy.pdf Seriously though, I’ve not been in Worcester long enough to know if FMR are treated as a bit of a poor...

Re: New round of disposals and transfers-out.

Latest rumour is that more StreetLites are going, this time to Leicester in time for the start of the Leicester Low Emissions regulations. Any one got any idea what we’re likely to be sent/left with in return? I realise for some that more streetlites going isn’t bad news! One of those situations wh...

Re: Replacement Coaches for Worcester

I like that livery, although the white won't stay that way for long! 20613 has transferred to First Aberdeen - and it has already been painted! Shame ours hasn't yet! :( https://www.flickr.com/photos/william-walker/40512754663/in/photolist-24HYsw4-T9fM7s-2aRA8N7-2aRAh7m-2cweiTG-QLojiu-2a3hZj4-P53dFA...

33404 - Midland Live view ALX 400

Has this vehicle been long term off the road or just not been on the 144 for a long time? Not seen for a while but just spotted on 144a service in Drotwich. Pleased to see it will around as nice livery. If it has been off the road I'm sure DD12 will be pleased to hear it's back! :)

Re: 42892

The number of posts about incorrect vehicle identities suggests a serious flaw in the current tracking - that it appears ticket machines regularly appear to not be fully reprogrammed after being moved! It would seem logical that management would have this as an important task when a change was made ...

Re: Worcester's DD usage.

Is it possible that this glitch is a driver programming the ticket machine early for their 144 return journey or maybe this isn’t possible, I know nothing about how the machines work and what restrictions on journey choice/timing they may have, just a theory! :?
