Has Oxford South Midland fleetnames, but looks like to me like this was taken in Cardiff Bus Station?

The destination is showing Pentwyn which is indeed in the Cardiff area. Wikipedia is showing the following; Pentwyn is on the 51/53, 55 & 57/58 Cardiff Bus routes from Cardiff Central bus station to Pontprennau via Penylan and Llanedeyrn. It is located close the M4 motorway Junction 30 (Cardiff East), and is served by Cardiff East Park and Ride, which is off the A48/Pentwyn interchange roundabout.

I have been asking a number of questions on Google, but with only limited success. It would appear that NBC operated as Western Welsh during 1977 in the Cardiff area. However the 55 service to Pentwyn seems to have been operated in recent years by Cardiff City Transport and only recently withdrawn as an evenings and Sunday only service because of County Council tendering cuts. Wikipedia states that Western Welsh was merged with Red & White in 1978 to form National Welsh Omnibus services, privatised in 1987 and ‘collapsed’ in 1992. Can anyone, preferably a City of Oxford or South Wales enthusiast, confirm how long this bus was on loan to Western Welsh with dates in and return please?
