WOW ! - Looks brand new or "better than new" to me -
If the "c.1959" is correct, then it's an excellent repaint, with the front wheel and tyre, and the silver scuff plate or kick plate beneath the cab door, being the only clues I can see that this bus isn't brand-new ! (?)
Also, IF it's a repaint, I didn't realise that any of this batch were repainted with black mudguards and gold lines !

Don't know about the repaint, but this bus was new to SA Leicester Sandacre garage in 02/56, moved to WN in 01/67 and SY in 09/69 followed by withdrawal 11/70.
So what circumstances brought this D7 to Evesham, was it on loan from SA for some special occasion, or did it find its way there on a bank holiday 'short' extra X91 and commandeered for a fill-in local service?
