Appreciate this was at the end of the route - but this photo demonstrates my memories of the 25 (and the 27 it seemed to interwork with) - can't ever have been very full! Fitting a clockface hourly shuttle among irregular 417/420/421s inevitably must have led to some 25s running empty throughout - e.g. 1243 unless the Hereford had broken down? No surprise at all it was one of the first to be culled.

They were always quiet and I think it was more about MRW keeping other operators out of Worcester rather than making money. First had different ideas about how to run buses.
