DescriptionOperating an emergency Service 49 during the flooding at Worcester.
The road level has been raised with gravel to allow the buses to cross the flooding. Service 49 was first operated on 4th November 2000, and continued until the flood waters receded. The service ran every 30-minutes between Crowngate Bus Station and St John's, Bull Ring, running via Bath Road and Lower Wick to avoid the City Centre bridge.
