Can anyone tell me please, when Worcester City Services were recast, and the Ombersley Road service became the W33, instead of the W1 ??

Not sure exactly when, but the first major change to the W1 was in the 1960s after the Worcester Agreement came to an end. From that time Worcester local services were fully controlled by BMMO and the W1 was extended cross-city to London Road. The W1 was still running to Green Lane in March 1972, but soon after came the era of leaflets instead of timetable books and research becomes more difficult.
