The business of Stratford-upon-Avon Blue Motors Limited (“Stratford Blue”) was acquired by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) on Sunday 30th June 1935. Stratford Blue retained its identity and operated as a subsidiary to BMMO until the end of 1970.
On Friday 1st January 1971, the operations of Stratford Blue were absorbed into the parent company.
This function will search all currently stored records of vehicles, of all makes and models, owned or operated by the selected company. These records are not yet complete but new records are continually being added and at this time a total of 11,092 records are stored. 92 of these records are for vehicles owned and/or operated by the selected operator.
