On Saturday 31st May 1980, Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited (MROC) introduced the “Leamington & Warwick†Market Analysis Project (MAP) scheme.
- The Leicester to Stratford-Upon-Avon section of Service X91 is withdrawn and partly replaced by extending the Leicester to Coventry Motorway Express Service X67 to Stratford-Upon-Avon.

At the end of operations on Saturday 5th September 1981, Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited (MROC) ceased trading as a bus and coach operator. The operation of all services are divided and assumed by five new operating companies.
- Service X91 is withdrawn and partly replaced by new Service X51 between Great Malvern and Stratford-upon-Avon, operated by Midland Red (West) Limited from Sunday 6th September 1981.
