Hereford Overground network launchedShow All

On Sunday 15^th June 2003, First Midland Red Buses Limited launch a new network of services Hereford, as the Hereford “Overground” network. Existing local area services are withdrawn and replaced with a new network with route numbers in the range 71–76. Many of the new routes operate as cross-city services.

• Local Hereford Service 106 is withdrawn and replace by new Hereford Overground “Purple Line” Service 75, running between Belmont, Hereford City Centre, and Hampton Park. Journey frequency is every 30-minutes, Monday to Saturday daytime.

From Monday 1^st September 2003, First Midland Red Buses Limited revise their “Overground” network in Hereford.

• The Hereford City Centre to Hampton Park section of Service 75 is withdrawn and replaced by addition Service 74 journeys.
