Between Monday 6th September 1999 and Saturday 31st August 2002, First Midland Red Buses Limited operated Service 675 under County Council contract, as a joint operate with Newbury Coaches (Powell) of Ledbury. Three return journeys between Ledbury, Colwall, West Malvern, and Great Malvern were operated by First Midland Red from their Hereford depot on Mondays to Saturdays, and vehicles operated from their home base in Hereford to and from Ledbury by operating journeys on Service 476, normally run by DRM bus of Bromyard.
The journeys operated by First Midland Red did not run via Wellington Heath, and on schooldays certain journeys were operated with a full size single-deck bus, typically an old Leyland National, and ran via John Masefield School in Ledbury.
This service was withdrawn after the end of operations on Saturday 31st August 2002, and with it the positioning journeys on Service 476.
1 Certain journeys running towards Ledbury start at West Malvern then run direct between Great Malvern and Wyche Cutting, thus serving West Malvern out of sequence.
2 John Masefield School served on schooldays only.

From Monday 4th September 2017, First Midland Red Buses Limited operated Service 675 and variation Service 676 between Great Malvern and Ledbury as part of a seven year contract won from Herefordshire Council.
Certain journeys omit West Malvern and run direct between Great Malvern and Wyche Cutting, while others omit Wellington Heath and run direct between Colwall Green and Ledbury and variation Service 676.
From Monday 15th January 2018 for approximately 7-weeks, West Malvern Road (B4232) was closed to allow for essential roadworks. During this period, all journeys on Service 675 and Service 676 were diverted to run direct between Great Malvern and Wyche Cutting, omitting West Malvern. Buses arriving in Great Malvern from Ledbury ran via Church Street, Graham Road and Moorlands Road to a temporary terminus at Link Top Bus Shelter. This was to ensure they were facing the correct way for the return journey to Ledbury. As the diversion route was quite a bit shorter than the normal route, a new temporary timetable was issued with less running time and additional layover time in Ledbury. Worcestershire County Council operated a free connecting minibus service for West Malvern, running a circular route along Cowleigh Road and Old Hollow, and timed to connect with First’s services at Wyche Cutting.
1 Certain journeys run direct between Wyche Cutting and Great Malvern, omitting West Malvern.
2 Certain journeys run via Wellington Common, turning at Farmers Arms.
3 Certain journeys start or finish at John Masefield School on schooldays only.
4 Temporary Diversion (approx 7 weeks). All journeys run direct between Wyche Cutting and Great Malvern while West Malvern is closed for road works. Services terminate at Link Top Bus Shelter.
