What this brief announcement doesn't say, is that it is due to the new legislation of recent months !
I guess that some of the WCC people will get quite a shock when they study the differences between what our public transport system SHOULD be, - and what they have helped to create since 1985 - ish !!
... and the cost of putting it right !
