Worcester have picked up a Rail Replacement contract between Worcester (both stations) and Malvern (also both stations) on Sunday 25th June and 2nd July 2017. These will be worked using the Volvo single-deck buses. There is also some work for the coach running between Evesham and Hereford.

Took these pictures this morning at Shrub Hill - quite a variety of operators!

Just got home from working a morning shift on the Rail Replacement. Like Tim said, there was a huge array of operators working the services.

In a correction to my original post, First were not running the Evesham to Hereford and their coach 20202 was used as a stand-by vehicle at Shrub Hill. First also provided two stand-by vehicles at Great Malvern Station, in addition to two service vehicles (All Volvo B7RLE / Plaxton Centro). The coach was needed for a trip to Evesham in the afternoon so one of the Malvern stand-by vehicles was moved to Shrub Hill to take its place.

I spotted Lugg Valley working Rail Replacement in Malvern so I'm guessing that was the Hereford vehicle.

Don't worry if you missed it... The same thing is happening again next week!

The duty rota for next weeks rail replacement (2nd July) has been posted and it looks like we have more work that last week. I haven't seen the work content yet but it does show me with a break at Hereford Rail Station, so it looks like at least one of Worcester's vehicles will be going there.

Mind out for those Yeomans drivers

I'm in Weston Super Mare for the weekend so there's one less to hide from!

Much more busy today than last week. All of the stand-by buses have been out, and my first Hereford had a dupe (Commandry Coaches) as far as Great Malvern. Loads of different operators again with at least 7 parked up in Hereford.

I'm about to run the 2152 to Hereford, calling at all stops, so won't be home until late. I'll post photos tomorrow.
