As all preserved railways are closed for some time to come because of Covid 19 virus, the attached photographs are taken in better times on the South Devon Railway nearly 10 years ago on 12 August 2010 at Buckfastleigh and Totnes Riverside stations. I just hope this scenic line and many others like it survive the season and get back into full swing in 2021.

Who would have thought then that, just ten years later, Wallace Arnold and Shearings would both have been consigned to history.....
Keep the pictures coming Tim.

A few more photographs taken on the South Devon Railway on 23 August 2011.
Still in the South West but on the main line, preserved 70000 'Britannia' is seen on 05 September 2012 in Bristol Temple Meads working 'The Bath Spa Express' from Poole to Bristol.

Great pictures. Only been to the South Devon once for a diesel gala, lovely little line.
