Error... "Contact Us" messages

I have just discovered the "Contact Us" option on this forum doesn't work. 
If you have tried to contact me using the "Contact Us" page, I'm sorry but your message will not have arrived. Please try again...
The feature has now been disabled, but contact details can be found in the "Feedback" page on the main website, or drop me a PM.
