From the 16th April 2018 we have losted the 2L, 294/295 and the 580.

Coniston Coaches of Stourport have been awarded the 294/295 and 580
R&B Travel of Clee Hill have been awarded the prestigious Ludlow contract and yes it will be returning to using its old number the 292 and will no longer go round every estate between Kiddy and Bewdley. I have been told we have gained some work to apparently the 9/9A off WCC Fleet Services.

Also R&B Travel are apparently investing in a brand new bus for the 2L/292 contract.

Good news for some travellers in that the 292 will be quicker for longer distance passengers.

I guess this will mean a revision to Diamond's local services now to cover the estates again?

I saw Coniston's Wright bodied Scania YN51MKZ in Worcester recently and wondered if they had gained work here --
- it "turned my head", being quite similar in appearance to First's Wright Eclipse Volvos, and it was nicely turned-out in Coniston's dark red -- which will make an interesting contrast in Crowngate bus station.

Glad that R& B travel are gaining the 2L changing it back to the 292 and not going round the estates in Bewdley...Will they need more than one new bus though?
