The attached link includes a picture of a Worcester city horse tram taken in 1889 with a destination board between decks showing VINE CROSS PORTOBELLO which means that a city service has operated to the Vine Inn Ombersley Road for at least 133 YEARS probably 141 YEARS as the horse trams commenced in 1881.

Today, Saturday 23 July 2022, First Bus ended nearly a century of service by withdrawing the 37 bus route to Green Lane, Ombersley Road. Here are some photographs to remember how my local travel has been transformed by First Bus!
64030 commenced service this morning along Grange Avenue at approx 07-50 am.

69455 worked the penultimate service at approx 17-50 and was held up for a few minutes by some very inconsiderate parking which allowed a photo of the revised rear livery.
