This article claims that the S44 is a Herefordshire service, -- can anyone with "the knowledge" make sense of this article please ?!?!!

Possibly a typo - appears the bus from Ledbury was S64, but council says it’s now 875 from this month. Or County Hall is in Herefordshire - I don’t think either side really understood what the new boundaries were post independence in 1998..
