A very big thank you to all the organisers and volunteers at the Transport Museum, Wythall for putting on the twilight Running Day on Sunday 31 October 2021, especially in the near monsoon weather conditions with flooded roads and strong winds which blighted the early morning! By 10 am some blue sky was evident, the rain cleared up and the sun eventually shone through. Please excuse some of the blurred night shots, I couldn't find anywhere to lean on and steady myself and the camera - I hope you agree that they capture some of that lit up magic of vintage buses running in the dark.

Thanks Tim, - really sorry I couldn't attend, but there's always next year ( - God willing !! ).

- 6015 looks better every time I see it ! - - notice the MIDLAND "badge" on the front is now illuminated once more, - I was very pleased to see this at the Midland Red Running day, - and surprised as well, -- -- by around 1970 they had all been painted over, and I had forgotten that they "lit-up".
This feature has been restored by the guys at Wythall since the recent return of the DD12,
