FMR Fleet Movements
Re: FMR Fleet Movements
Perfect example today... Bumped in to an ex-First driver in Hereford Bus Station. He said he had heard a rumour a Leicester bus was in the City earlier in the day. To which I said, yes, that one... pointing to the large double-deck bus with "Leicester" written on the side, that was parked about 30-yards away from where we were stood!

Once had a customer insisting I sell them a ticket for Droitwich when I was loading passengers for a 551 to Evesham. He said it says Droitwich on the back. On inspection I found an advert for "Droitwich Land Rover".
Re: FMR Fleet Movements
I hear on the grapevine the former Worcester 'Jersey Darts', currently working in Cornwall, are to be transferred to Scotland. Which depot or when I don't know.
Re: FMR Fleet Movements
Hmmm... When they transferred from FMR to Cornwall, 2 of the 6 didn't make the whole journey without breaking down. Cornwall to Scotland could be an optimistic journey!
Re: FMR Fleet Movements
I've got room for one here, I could do with a new project
Re: FMR Fleet Movements
I am informed by “bmmoboy”, who clearly couldn’t be bother to post on here, that both 69449 and 69460 are at Worcester, having arrived sometime last week. I have seen the back of 69460 parked inside the garage without Salt Road branding, and I’m told it was used in service for about half a day before it broke down.
53207 is also parked up, with trade plates on so I guess it’s waiting MOT.
