33404 is now fixed. I believe the problem was a fuel pump solenoid.

It was the idle control solenoid that failed :oops: How embarrassing and annoying for me as I hate having comebacks in jobs like this. Luckily we found the issue within a few minutes and as I have a big pool of spare bits and pieces it didn't take long to sort out. It's been fine since and goes quite well for a 4 speeder.

Oh and here's the rebuild I've just completed on 67654 engine. The first time it's been apart since it's Euro4 conversion which was done before I came back to work at Worcester.

That is rather orange!

If I remember correctly, the Euro4 work was done very early in the vehicle life. The speed limiter was upped from 50mph to 55mph at the same time making it the vehicle of choice for the 144 for many drivers, including myself.
