Thanks very much "Midland Red HA" for that photo of 6014, - - that's the third new photo of a DD12 in one day, and from two different sources, -- it must be my birthday or something :D
Unfortunately I cannot say where it was captured, - only that it looks typical of the "work-a-day" countryside and villages to the south and east of Evesham.

Also unfortunate is that the 394 isn't included in the excellent "Services" section of this website, - but there may be an enthusiast on here who has got some 1970s timetables and who could give you detailed route info (?)

In 1967, the 394 was Evesham - Offenham - North Littleton - Cleeve Prior.

6014 was an Evesham based bus from 01/73 until at least 09/77, as per allocations below;

6014 GHA 414D Alexander
LN 11/66, KR 12/66, HD 06/69, converted for one person operation 04/70, LW 02/71, HD 07/71, EM 01/73, U 09/77, LN 06/78, WDN 07/78.

Sorry, I don't know the location of this photo though.

For my March 1972 timetable, the 394 route was the same as above but there was only one full return journey in the morning (Monday-Friday) with all other journeys being short-working. These were typically to Offenham only with one journey running to North Littleton. There were no full journeys on Saturdays and no service at all on Sundays. The route was inter-worked with Service 395 to Long Lartin.

Although the bus wasn't allocated to Evesham depot until a year after the photo, I would expect the timetable to remain largely unchanged for the next few years before being heavily cut back or deleted in 1977 for Evesham's Wayfarer VNP scheme.

I'll try to upload a copy of this timetable to the database later today.

One suggestion for the location is on Main Street, Offenham, passing the junction of Leasowes Road. There are now several modern houses on the site so it's difficult to tell for sure.
