I also succumbed, and bought my first-ever proper model bus - an Oxford Die-cast model of a Leyland PD2 acquired by Midland Red with a Leicestershire independent takeover - it's either 4844 or 4845.

It has now arrived, and very appropriately for me, it has the wrong fleetnumber and the wrong shade of red (which is disappointing, as the shade of red in the advert was spot-on - on my computer screen) -
but everything else is correct for JBC989 - it's a great little model.
