Oxford Bus Museum 30 July 2017 part one.

Post by TimBrown » 18:50 Sunday 30th July 2017

The original City of Oxford Bus livery was one of the nicest around with the red, maroon, duck egg green and black trim, so I make no apologies for the fact that Midland Red photographs are not present in this set. I had never been to the Oxford Bus Museum before and went by train as the station is adjacent to the museum. The day was well organised with buses running to Witney, Woodstock and to the rally on the Park and Ride and Oxford Parkway railway station complex. Many AECs were in attendance plus a Thames Valley Bristol K6A with AEC 7.7 litre engine and City of Oxford Dennis Loline with AEC AV470 engine.
