Congratulations to Rob Handford and all involved at the Transport Museum, Wythall in the restoration of the 1931 'Piano Front' Birmingham City Transport petrol-engined AEC Regent, Fleet No. 486 Reg. No. OV 4486, for winning the Royal Automobile Club 2022 Historic Restoration Award. Well deserved after all the set backs as this bus has been restored to the very highest standard inside and out.
