At a few minutes to 8 am this morning, 60163 'Tornado' passed through Shrub Hill with support coach en route from the Severn Valley Railway to Gloucester to work the steam hauled leg of a charter from Eastleigh to Shrewsbury via Lydney, Abergavenny and Hereford.
It returns through Worcester at approx. 21-30 tonight.
The light levels were very low, so my camera stretched to the limit, nevertheless the last shot makes the loco appear to be travelling very fast through the station, when in fact it is only doing at about 20 MPH!
60163 'Tornado' passes through Worcester today.
