Kidderminster Wendaway MAP area

I used to live in Kidderminster around 1976-1982 now I live up in Glasgow does anyone know what service went up Bewdley Hill towards West Midland Safari Park? I vaguely remember the Wendaway MAP branding in Kidderminster at that time.

You are correct - the Wendaway MAP scheme for Kidderminster was launched in 1977.

The two main services along this road were the K2 Kidderminster - Bewdley - Hales Park or Bark Hill, and the X92 Birmingham - Kidderminster - Bewdley - Ludlow (extended to Hereford in 1979 at the time of the Hotspur MAP).

There were occasional other services, in particular the 291 Kidderminster - Tenbury Wells area which just about survived the 1976-1982 era!
