From what I can gather, the 36 is remaining on a 30 minute frequency, but one an hour will continue through to the hospital, the other going on as a 33 as at present. In the other direction, one of the 33's will terminate at Warndon, with the other continuing on towards Bilford Road and the City Centre.

No, all journeys run the same way to the hospital and it is an hourly frequency.

That is much worse than I had envisaged, incredible that there will only be 5 buses in each direction along Bilford Road with nothing in the peak period. I remember when the 36 and 38 services operated frequently throughout the working day as one of the main Warndon trunk routes via Tolladine Road and Bilford Road. It seems as though the heavy promotion of route 35 in the past to keep Diamond (remember them?) off it has sucked the life out of the alternative routes and killed Tunnel Hill services completely. Can't see the 36 lasting beyond the next round of profit related service adjustments.

Swimmers will have to walk long distances for their dip or (more likely) clog up the roads with their cars to and from Perdiswell. Seems a waste of money erecting a new bus shelter too, not to mention poor communication between private bus operator and local authorities!

Yet there are ten buses in each direction on Sundays!

I have uploaded to 36/36A timetable to this website to make easier comparisons between days. Link

I am very pleased that the Sunday 36A arrangement hasn't been knocked on the head, I try to promote it wherever possible to residents living North of Checketts Lane off the 37 route, but it isn't the same as having a notice in all the buses or a bright cheerful leaflet drop done in the area prior to commencement of the revised routing. If any promotion was done I apologise for my comments, but didn't receive anything through my letterbox, nor did I notice anything on the bus windows!

The new printed timetable booklet for Services 382, 550, 551 and X50 is now available.

Also back from the printers is the timetable booklet for the Upton area services, but these are unchanged from April 2016 so this is just a straight reprint of the previous book.

Other timetables are expected by the end of the week.

I had heard there was a story in the paper but hadn't seen it.

I drive the 382 a lot, in fact I've just done one. I think it's safe to say there are more people in that photograph than have been on my bus in the last two weeks added up.

Today, I had one person get off at The Retreat just before Littleworth and one other riding all the way through to Eckington. On the return journey I carried two people who both got off the bus by Defford and then I was empty until Norton Barracks.

I don't want to see the route cut but the fact is that nobody, and I really do mean nobody, is using it between Norton Barracks and Defford, other than those taking the scenic route to through to Pershore.
