September 2018 Timetable Book

Post by AdamH » 11:07 Tuesday 18th September 2018

All the new timetable books are now available in Crowngate Bus Station and the usual outlets.

Please note that these will be the last new timetables I will be adding to the website archive as I’ll be leaving First in October. I expect I’ll continue to add older BMMO timetables as and when I get the chance, until I get bored!

Thank you for all the info you have given us from inside the company. We have learnt the practical reasons for the way things are done and for the decisions made.

I wish you all best.

Was there a hint here? Posted a few days ago by Adam:

Looks like Stagecoach are slowly taking over in Evesham... I wonder if they are hiring? 😜

We shall have to wait and see.

That’s a shame Adam, I’m sure we will all greatly miss the inside information! :( Good luck with wherever you do next :)

I think we'll all miss having a man on the inside!
I count Adam as a great personal friend, he's put up with my mood swings and depressive episodes for several years now without complaint. A better bloke (or employee, for that matter) would be hard to find. Good luck in whatever you do mate, I'm sure you'll keep us informed.

Thanks for the kind comments guys, but please stop it now because you're making me blush! 😊

Matt knows the reasons for me going, but it would not be appropriate for me to comment on here so the rest of you will have to keep guessing!

And no, I will not be going to Diamond, although I must compliment them on their intelligence network as I received a job offer within hours of telling Worcester!

"negligence" is more like it !!

and HAPPY BIRTHDAY Adam ! -- although I guess you are not a happy bunny at the moment.

I know this is sticking my neck out, (and might be seen as "insensitive"), but don't forget you can change your mind, and withdraw your notice (for now).

Us Worcester people need decent people as bus drivers !!
- - perhaps you might consider returning to WR if there's a change of ownership ?

Another thought is that the County Council might soon want someone with your experience and computer skills.

Please forgive me if that's "getting out of line", above -- feel free to delete this post if you wish, but --
GOOD LUCK Adam !
