The Worcester Night Services were recently mentioned on another thread and I have found information about them hidden away in this site from 15-years ago. Started a new thread so not so have the other one go off topic...

Remember them well. I used to use the 37N to get home sometimes. Sometimes i was the only passenger on there though.
Always used to be a Dennis Lance when i caught it.
Wonder if there is a running card for the N routes still out there somewhere!

The reason it was always a Dennis Lance is because some of them were fitted with CCTV and modified destination blinds for these services, so only those vehicles could be used.
As for running boards, I think our digital board system only dates back to about 2005, but I will enquire...

Part of the reason they didn't do well was because the union insisted on security on each bus, so all were crew operated... A driver and a big angry bouncer stolen from a night club doorway.
