Got some time off between Christmas and New Year, so remind me then!

Thank you.

Useful update list, thanks willr7.

It will encourage me to count-up the vehicles that are remaining at WR following the service reductions of recent times, and the sometimes slow dispersal of surplus vehicles.
(IE - before we start to receive further vehicles to muddy the picture).

I would love it if the MD provided us with an up to date bus graph (M-F sch term), after the changes to the 144 at the end of January, but if not, I might be able to construct one using the tracker (?)

Talking of the 144, - I have been "half - expecting" a statement to come from someone in the company to say that the reduction will only affect the Saturday service, but nothing yet !!

There are more service changes in January, and the number of vehicles should increase (slightly)

It's rare to hear of an increase in vehicles these days!
I'm guessing this is down to the fact that it's the festive period/school holidays so vehicles have transferred out (Such as the two StreetLites to Leicester) without receiving anything in return - partly due to the fact that any extra vehicles will probably not be required until January when services are back to normal?

One of the benefits of the tracker (In my opinion) is that it shows how allocations can vary so much! I will second it - It would be very nice to have access to an up to date bus graph just so it can be compared to the live data from the tracker. To see which vehicles are kept on the correct running boards would be interesting as when we had the new timetable on the 37, we know that late-running meant buses were swapped, etc which must mess with the running boards ;)

Is that because they have realised that using one bus on the 37 with a half-hour frequency is impossible, and they need to use two?

There are currently 2 vehicles on the 37, each one having a long layover in the bus station. The possible increase in vehicles is due to the 44 having slightly extended running times, and will probably need an extra vehicle.
