Another question came to me as I saw a Nimrod liveried Citaro on a 35 working yesterday near The New Chequers; have I missed the promised promotion event, or has it been postponed until well after the next round of cuts bites from 24 February 2019?
They had one at the depot while I was still working there. I wasn't invited, and if I hadn't come across it on my way to work I wouldn't have known about it! I did post a photo of them setting up in the rain, but as I wasn't on the guest list I didn't bother to promote it further.
Edit... See my post on this thread dated 18th December.

Thanks for the link, I remember the photo with Citaros in a half circle, but can't remember any coverage in the local press or Sir Edward Elgar's music drifting over the Crowngate bus station sound system. Perhaps the buses have been sprayed in special stealth paint to fly below the radar

I believe all have been out in service, just not sure if they have all been out at the same time.

I think they appear on pretty much anything, I saw one of the Nimrod’s (64021 - BU04 EZG I think) on the X50 earlier.

I'm surprised the Civic Society haven't had a word with First Bus as all the 'Nimrod' branded buses are disrespectful to the composer naming him as Edward Elgar when in fact he was knighted and made a Baronet for his achievements. The legend beside the artwork of the man should therefore read
SIR EDWARD ELGAR.
