Streetlite max destination display

Post by MattW » 20:01 Wednesday 26th October 2016

Saw a Streetlite Max heading back to Worcester out of service to Worcester earlier and the display was all orange with the wording in black. Are they all this way around for displays other than routes? I've not noticed before.

It's not just the StreetLites, all do the same now when showing "Not in Service". It seems they have gone all negative on us!

As posted elsewhere, I collected a bus from Adderley Green depot today and they have the same negative effect "Not in Service" as Worcester. Maybe it's a new group rule?

Seems a pretty sensible idea to be honest.

Yes; it's much more obvious to members of the public (or will-be once they get to recognise it) - that the bus that's "passing-them-by" is not in service.

- I don't know what the rear route No. display is now set-up to do, but it would be a good idea to have the same reversed/ negative layout, and have a SORRY message scrolling across.
