New buses

There are 2 “new” buses at Worcester. 37148 is one but I forgot to make a note of the second one, but is a Volvo single decker. I suspect that these have been purloined to ensure there are enough vehicles for the Hay on Wye services.

I'm told the Volvo is on loan from Cymru and it didn't make it all the way to Worcester under it's own power

37148 returned to its Home Depot on Tuesday.

The single decker is/was 69370. I saw it on a 144 yesterday afternoon.

The bustimes tracker is now showing just 3 of the Plaxton Centro Volvos as being in service.
Presumably one of these has seat belts - for use on the S55 when the coach is unavailable (?)

The eastnorfolkbus.blogspot.com report that 37148 is now in use with First Eastern Counties.

The West Midlands Busphotos forum report that Diamond Midlands are acquiring a number of ex-First Bus 13/63 plate Streetlights [via Ensign]. Would not some of these be useful at Worcester to replace some of the Citaro's ??
