Yes many thanks for your informative posts Mechwr26, it is not that often us enthusiasts get to see the shattered remains of a blown engine, though I probably contributed to the demise of some Leyland Leopard 680 and National 510 engines trying to keep time on service, or regain it after long hold-ups in Worcester City many years ago.

Hope all goes well in Portugal and that you find suitable employment when you return, which shouldn't be a problem as highly skilled engineers are always in demand.
