Forthcoming Fleet changes
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Missing today from the bustimes.org "fleet lists" and tracker, are 69450,454,460.
Although that website has seemed a bit "quirky" at times, my guess is that these 3 have gone for a repaint (?)

Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Looking at the "Edit Vehicles" on bustimes, it seems that there has been a change in the ticket machine ID that First use as its now by VRM, not fleet number

Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Two Salt Road Volvos have been in the bodyshop this week, receiving attention to the lower bodyside panels, and being prepared for repainting.
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
69450 has re-appeared on bustimes.org.
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Have we heard which buses will be replacing the soon to be withdrawn buses?
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
I'm assuming that the replacements will be from First Hampshire, some of their E200s which will become surplus shortly when they get new Streetlites.
At Padmore Street, 43876 and one of the older Citaros appear to be stored serviceable as both have had their ticket machines removed.

Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
News today is that the E200s will not be arriving from Southampton, but some vehicles will be needed to replace the older Citaros. Three of the 6669x Volvos departed today, apparantly for an operator in Ireland, I didn't see them leave, so I cannot say which ones they were.
The Citaro dumped in the scrap line at Padmore Street is 64021, in Nimrod livery, so it must be assumed that one of the remaining Citaros will be painted as a replacement.
I will update as soon as I get more information.

The 6669x Volvos are going to Aircoach Ireland.
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Depending on the accuracy of Bustimes , Potteries have had 12 E200's from Southampton and 6 nicely coloured 63 plate E400's from Weston-s-Mare. Any of these would fit in with Worcesters rainbow liveried fleet , but I guess we will have some older cast offs from wherever .
Re: Forthcoming Fleet changes
Latest news is that the replacement vehicles for the older Citaros are expected to be more Streetlites, further details to follow.
